Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH)
Support Mental Health Awareness,
Let's change the way we view mental illnesses today!
The Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH), established in 1968, is a voluntary welfare organisation with IPC status. It provides community based mental health programmes and services and has previously won the Singapore Charity Council’s inaugural Charity Governance Award in 2012 for good governance and accountability.
SAMH provides services for individuals and families with psychiatric, psychosocial and other social or relationship problems. It has centres providing day activity, social arts and craft, counselling for youths and adults, as well as an independent living facility for people with mental illness. It also provides community education to advocate the issues pertaining mental health. An activity hub situated in Pelangi Village, provides counselling services, occupational therapy, and psychosocial rehabilitation programmes for residents living there.
So as to sustain its services and facilities to serve this segment of the population, SAMH appreciates your kind donation and support.
